The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has reacted from prison regarding the meeting of the SP parliamentary group, where the Rector of the Agricultural University also spoke regarding 24 arrest warrants issued by SPAK for tender abuses.
For Ilir Meta, the meeting of the PS group was " a hearing by an intimidated professor ", while he said that " Rama concluded that the transformation of justice has occurred in our country, from European to Russian ."
Ilir Meta says that all arbitrations that the Albanian state loses should be investigated by SPAK.
"The current Prime Minister, rightly concerned by the intimidated professor, can be sure that in the near future another decision will come from the Strasbourg Court for an honorable professor, like Jamarbër Malltezi, who Edi Rama probably does not know, but who was kidnapped at the airport while waiting for his wife, was arrested without being summoned once by prosecutors, was held in a cell and is today kept under house arrest just because he developed the property he obtained legally, thanks to Edi Rama's signature," Meta writes.
Meta 's reaction :
After the public hearing of an intimidated professor, before the party merged with the state, today we learned, as the Prime Minister himself noted, that we have undergone a transformation of justice, from European ("Venetian") which was voted on with 140 votes on July 21-22, 2016, to Russian (Belarusian) justice.
Apparently this happened without the knowledge of Rama, who was the only one who did not want the consensus with 140 votes of the Justice Reform and the only one who was not in the office of the Speaker of the Assembly, Ilir Meta, when everyone participated.
Perhaps the Prime Minister's non-participation in that meeting, where the fate of the reform was decided, was influenced by his closest friend, Charles McGonigal, and other "American" friends like Rossini, thanks to their connections with Deripaska and other people connected to the Kremlin (perhaps also with Minsk), who also orchestrated the unconstitutional coup for the election of the Prosecutor General with 69 votes, out of the 84 votes required by the "Venetian" Constitution.
Therefore, the restoration of European (Venetian) justice is an emergency, undoubtedly also for the case of Mr. Thoma Gëllçi, who the Prime Minister mentioned today, as an example of how Russian (Belarusian) standards of arrest are applied in Albania.
The current Prime Minister, rightly concerned by the intimidated professor, can be sure that in the near future another decision will come from the Strasbourg Court for an honored professor, like Jamarbër Malltezi, who Edi Rama probably does not know, but who was kidnapped at the airport while waiting for his wife, arrested without being summoned once by prosecutors, held in a cell and today is kept under house arrest just because he developed the property he obtained legally, thanks to Edi Rama's signature.
Such decisions will come full circle from Strasbourg, of which the Prime Minister has had no knowledge.
On behalf of the Freedom Party, we pledge that for us SPAK will live for another 2 thousand years, but in order to crack down on Russian and Belarusian infiltration, the McGongial affair must be urgently investigated because it is indisputable that thanks to his influence, as a friend of Deripaska, the Russification of justice has been achieved and guaranteed, and of course also of SPAK itself.
To achieve the de-Russification of justice and certain segments in SPAK, urgent cooperation is needed with new American institutions that are very familiar with this issue and know what dangerous connections McGonigal has had, because it is not for nothing that President Trump has said that the most dangerous enemy is the internal enemy.
Returning justice reform to the "Venetian" constitutional track is very simple.
It is no longer about the dissolution or incineration of SPAK and the new justice institutions, but about a verification, together with the Venice Commission, of the way in which the Justice Reform has been implemented, from the constitutional changes to the formation of new justice bodies and to the current results, which according to the Justice Index rank us behind communist Vietnam and Lukashenko's Belarus.
No one has the right to object to this.
Every prosecutor and judge who investigated and tried the arrest of Mr. Thoma Gëllci, which was deemed illegal by Strasbourg, must be held accountable and must compensate Mr. Gëllci, not Albanian taxpayers.
This must happen for each individual and concrete case, both in terms of arrest measures and decisions that the International Court will overturn because this is in the interest of Albanian citizens who have the lowest salaries and pensions in the Balkans and the highest poverty on the continent.
All arbitrations that the Albanian state loses should be investigated by SPAK, such as the Beccheti case and similar cases where it has been proven that due to illegal interventions by high-ranking officials, Albanians are forced to pay hundreds of millions of euros that should actually go towards salary and pension increases.
We are ready, in addition to another 2 thousand years to support SPAK, to add an additional 1 thousand years of life so that the prosecutors investigating the incinerator issue can tell us where the Tirana incinerator is and where the 60 million dollars ended up, which Mr. Ahmetaj, former number 2 in the Government and a well-known socialist, has told us that SPAK knows where they are.
Citizens need to fight corruption and return the money that is offshore and elsewhere to them, as well as all the damages resulting from the lack of European standards for arrests or trials that are overturned by the Strasbourg Court to be paid by the relevant prosecutors and judges, who are paid double the salary of the Head of State.
