Following the viral statement by Democrat Bujar Leskaj during the protest in support of former KLA leaders, there was a commentary on the situation by former Democrat MP, Myslym Murrizi .

" Who is beating him for orders ," said Leskaj when asked if he had not followed the order of Democratic Leader Sali Berisha not to participate in the rally.

Murrizi ironically writes that Leskaj has the right not to worry about how long, under the leadership of Lulzim Basha, he was the political leader of Vlora and under the leadership of Berisha he is an MP without any votes (part of the closed list).

He also stated that the party operates with statutes and not with " f***ing orders ."  

"When others don't bother about the party organs and don't gather them, because they think they do everything themselves, then Bujari yesterday, but also other Bujari and Hajdar in the future, won't bother at all, until their fur sweeps the yard and offices of the DP like a vacuum cleaner," he wrote.

We recall that Sali Berisha, one day before the protest, declared that he would not be part of it, which implied that no Democratic MP would be part of the protest.  

He said that such an organization is not the right way to seek the independence of former KLA leaders imprisoned in The Hague.

Bujar Leskaj is 'right' not to beat him, because he beat two consecutive elections: in 2021 to Luli, in 2025 to Muli, to be the leader of the Vlora District and number 1 on the closed list. So, when you beat him twice in a row to get a mandate without votes, you can't beat him for any reason.

Second, the party is not a military unit that functions under arbitrary orders, but a voluntary union of individuals who defend their interests and those of the class they represent.

The party has its own constitution called the STATUTE, and the STATUTE states that the party functions with DECISIONS made by the bodies that run the party, and every decision must be public, substantiated for the cause being made and in the political interest of the party.
