"The Municipality is Propaganda", Florjan Binaj denounces traffic in Tirana: See what happens on rainy days

The independent candidate for the Municipality of Tirana supported by the opposition, Florjan Binaj, has launched his electoral campaign through a video denunciation on social networks, where he shows the difficulties that the citizens of Tirana face every day, every time it rains.

In the video shared on social media, Binaj is shown driving around Tirana in his vehicle, as it rains in the city.

According to Binaj, driving on the streets of Tirana on a rainy day is an impossible mission, adding that the municipality is just doing propaganda, as it will not care about traffic.

He finally asks the citizens of Tirana to unite and act by voting in the by-elections to save the city.

"The municipality is doing propaganda because it doesn't care about traffic, or about you, or about me, or about us! The only solution is to unite and act," Binaj writes alongside the video.
