Prime Minister Edi Rama is chatting with citizens on social media. Rama also talked about the negotiations with the European Union. He said that they have agreed to close the negotiations in 2027. 

" I can say one thing, for the first time since we entered the process of materializing the great dream with the call "We want Albania as Europe", we happen to have a match between our internal circumstances and the circumstances of Europe and their will to take us in.

When we started to become more acceptable, they lost their desire for expansion and at this point things have settled down.

We opened, sat at the table for years and were given and agreed to close the negotiations in 2027. It has not happened to any other country, it took Croatia 7 years.

Montenegro has been in this process for years. It has been consistent with their need to give a signal that we are moving towards reunification. In March we will open the other group chapters. This process has 1,000 people working on the negotiations.

There is not a minute to waste, we must focus on this process. There must be no interruption for a single day. Imagine entering into stories with Kujtim Gjuzi, do you understand or not? We need Albania in the EU, " Rama said.
