Prime Minister Edi Rama published a video this Tuesday with the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Angel Agaçi.

The Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office was accused by opposition leader Sali Berisha of having fled the country.

Denying the accusations, Rama revealed that Agaç was in Italy receiving medical services, while this Tuesday it appears that he returned to Albania.

"I returned from Berlin and found another fugitive here," says Rama, while alongside him, Engjëll Agaçi expresses his gratitude to everyone for their support.

Rama intervened here, saying that "not everyone should be thanked ," because there are those who have alluded to and made accusations against Agaç.

While the accompanying text of the video reads:

"This is the Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office, Engjëll Agaçi, whom the Swamp Owl declared a fugitive from justice and the entire swampy world, channel by channel and portal by portal, mourned his family and relatives, bewildering the public with incessant quacks, while the other was on the verge of resuscitation with guided breathing, after a heart operation that followed a cessation of lung function."
