Incinerators/ Manjani: SPAK should interrogate Rama, Meta and Kryemadhi!
Edi Rama/ Monika Kryemadhi/ Ilir Meta

The lawyer, Ylli Manjani , writes that SPAK should interrogate Rama, Meta and Kryemadhi , as persons in the know about the incinerators.

Manjan adds that the investigation with the same suspected persons did not help at all in bringing out a fable with provable truths.

Ylli Manjan 's post :

The truth is that SPAK's investigations into the incinerators leave many unanswered questions.

Dividing the case into pieces and creating investigation files with factions, in the conditions where it is the same object of investigation and with the same suspects, did not help at all in bringing out a fable with provable truths.

The questions that remain unanswered are the following:

1. What knowledge, connection or eventual influence did the Prime Minister have on this story?!

2. Why was forced legal decision making?!

3 . How much do you know and what influence did the chairman of LSI and co-chairman of the coalition have on history?

4. What forced the president of LSI to report his minister?!

5. What were the political orders at the coalition tables?

6. Why was the state budget strained, when the coalition was debating the financing of every priority?!
At a minimum, SPAK should have asked Edi Rama, Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi as persons who may have knowledge of the case.

By asking these people, a general overview of the political and decision-making terrain of this issue would have been created. Then deal with the implementation of the idea.

Perhaps from this kind of panorama, he would have a better view of the deepening of the criminal investigation and its integrated management.

SPAK for this work was made to start from the top-down and not from the bottom-down...

From a methodological point of view, when after an investigative file investigated and in the trial, another file is opened as a fraction of that file, it means that we are facing an incomplete and flawed investigation.

No prosecutor can be professionally proud when his investigative file is exposed to a faction.

That you cannot be proud of incomplete investigations, which often lead to wrong conclusions.

The point is, we are all convinced that the incinerators were not brought or invented by Lefter Koka with his own head, but the fact is that he was crucified by modern investigations.

And the climax is that, while Lefter is being judged, other files with factions are opened...

If there are files with factions, it seems that along with Lefter, others should have been on trial, but in fact they are not.

In any case, having a fractional file leads to doubt that the conclusions to the base file are incorrect. Then how can you impeach someone with incorrect conclusions?!

This is what mismanagement of an investigative file does. Creates a false impression over the truth.
