Irini Shehu, the former director of the Dibër Regional Hospital, who smashed the forehead of the finance chief, Shaban Uklala, with a bottle and terrorized employees with insults and threats, has "started the engines" for the May 11 elections.
Even though she is a violator of her subordinates and prosecuted for the criminal offense of "Stalking", Irini Shehu does not forget to serve Edi Rama, the Socialist Party and Belinda Balluku, who gave her the position of director and protect her from the police, since the report of violence against Uklala was not taken into consideration at all.
As a start, to catch the eye of Prime Minister Edi Rama as much as possible, she has chosen to become his copy by using the labels "marsh owl" for the Dibra opposition aiming for a seat in parliament.
But not only that, because to show how concerned she is about the May 11 elections, the mandates of Dibra, and the interests of Dibra residents and their problems, she has publicly requested a meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Completely forgetting her exploits, she asked Rama to meet before the publication of the final lists of candidates for the Dibër district, as according to her, this meeting will be valuable and will influence the expected result of the Socialist Party in this district.

Although in the 2021 elections, the Democratic Party won 3 mandates in Dibër and left the SP with only 2, for the elections of May 11, 2025, Irini Shehu seems to have worked hard with blackmail and threats against subordinates, as she is convinced that the SP will win 3 or 4 mandates and for this reason she asks to meet her before the publication of the lists.
And as if that weren't enough, she has also started to flirt with Belinda Balluku, with whom she has strong ties as she protects her from any denunciations or accusations that the people of Dibra have against her.
Apparently, Irini is playing every possible trick to catch the attention of the prime minister and his deputy, and to return to the head of the Dibra hospital./joq
