The name of the son of the well-known Albanian ex-politician who is accused of collaborating with the employee of a casino in Tirana, benefiting from large sums of money in the game of roulette, is revealed. It is about Artan Lakror, the son of Maqo Lakror, former deputy and former candidate for the head of the SP in 2009, according to journalist Arsen Rusta.

He is suspected of having cooperated with the courier with the initials EB for committing a fraud scheme during the roulette game in one of Tirana's big casinos. The report was first made to the police by the Regency Casino lawyer, but unable to tell whether it was a matter of luck or fraud, the case has already passed to the police.

According to the complaint, Artan Lakrori cooperated with the courier. The latter allegedly tampered with the roll of the roulette dice, pushing it so that it rolled twice instead of the minimum three times required by casino rule.

This gave Lakror space to place the money on the winning number within two seconds, which was then confirmed by the cupper through the casino's computer system.

The entire scheme was caught on the casino's cameras, and the cell phone conversations between him and the casino's waiter are now in the hands of investigators.

The amount that is suspected to have been gained through this fraud scheme exceeds 1 million new lek.

The employee of Regency Casino himself rejected the accusations, saying that he did not help any customer.

"I have been working at Regency Casino for 8 months and my job is a card and dice dealer for the various games that take place in the casino. I have not helped any client to earn money as I have no idea how to do this intervention. The machine is electronic, pre-programmed, from where the game is followed according to the programming and not according to the croupier.
