Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, from the Durrës detention center, has answered in writing several questions from Top Story, on Top Channel with Grida Duma, regarding the arrest and his reactions to the prosecutor in the case. Veliaj said that he has not yet told his son that he is in prison.

Question: What kind of a battle is it to attack justice, when you yourself, when you left SPAK, spoke with high regard for the new standards of justice and considered SPAK prosecutors colleagues? On the one hand, you and the entire Socialist Party are invested in showing the Justice Reform as a product of the SP, why lower your credentials by attacking justice?

Erion Veliaj: I am not attacking justice! In SPAK there are many dignified people, with 10s, with merit and professionalism, who do honor to this reform. And yes, they are colleagues, we all work for the Republic, for the State, for the country. A colleague is also the cleaner and the policeman, the Prime Minister and the President – ​​because we all work for a mission, Albania in Europe and Tirana as its most European part.

But, there is no forest without pigs, and if someone with a 5-A is sold to us like cream, who starts his career from bed and not from the state, with a clear conflict of interest and in violation of the criteria, I will definitely speak out.

I'm in prison, Grida, we haven't told the boy yet.

We are in a completely unequal situation: I am in prison, where I can neither meet anyone nor be informed. Today, neither the leaders of the cults, nor the deputies, nor the two Italian senators, nor the deputy mayors, nor the members of the Municipal Council, nor anyone else is allowed. Meanwhile, Sali the carrion of 21 January in Gërdec, who apologizes to Olsi, is free. Even when he was under house arrest and was not allowed to meet anyone, except his family, he continued to wait quietly with his dog and cat without anyone stopping him and in defiance of the SPAK order and the Court's decision.

Likewise, when he was under house arrest and appeared in court, they did not have the courage to accompany him in a State Police vehicle, but he drove in his private, Serbian-Serbian car. The same thing did not happen to my wife, as in compliance with the law she appeared on the day of the hearing accompanied by State Police officers and in their vehicle.

I give all my support to Justice, but if we really love it, we must tell it when there is a tumorous mass in the form-tongue-debit-cheating of Ols Dado, so that the healthy body does not become gangrenous from the additional floor of the undocumented worker in the filth that he appointed in 2008.
