The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, ignores the denunciation of LSI president Monika Kryemadhi regarding the incinerators, as he has said that he has not heard her for a long time.

Veliaj considered them as conversations within the Meta-Kryemadhi family about the way they conceived loot and how they did not keep accounts with each other, adding that for him they constitute zero public interest.

"It's been a long time since I heard Mrs. Kryemadhi since Sami Frashëri took the school to Paskuqan, but every time she laments such cases, she looks to me like a man who laments that he was not part of the loot.

She should know better, they were ministers of LSI, that lady and her husband appointed them. How long are the conversations within their family about how they have conceived loot and how they have not kept accounts with each other is of zero public interest to me," Veliaj told News24.
