LDK leader Dashamir Shehi has published a document signed a year ago by 32 opposition MPs, through which they demanded the final opening of the lists, diaspora voting, electronic voting, the division of Albania into 3 or 4 electoral zones.

Shehi asks the deputies for coherence in their position, because according to him, everything else will be a bargain in the service of Edi Rama.
