The journalist from Kosovo who lives in the USA, Arbana Xharra, has reacted after the declaration of former prime minister Sali Berisha as "non grata" by Great Britain.

In a post on social networks, the journalist writes that Berisha is no longer needed by either the party or the country, as she proposes that Grida Duma become the leader of the Democratic Party. Arbana Xharra considers Grida Duma as a career politician and very courageous.

"Grida Duma should be appointed as the head of the DP. Berisha is on the black list of the USA and now of Great Britain, as neither the party nor the country should be. Grida has been in politics for a long time, and what is very important, she has courage because this is what is needed most in the Albanian political scene. Grida is the generation of politicians that Albania needs on its way to Europe!" Arbana Xharra writes.
