The mayor of Vlora, Dritan Leli, was not in Pogradec at the meeting of mayors where Rama severely criticized him for cleanliness in Vlora, stressing that he sleeps.
The media filmed him shortly after this statement in Tirana, as he entered the door of SPAK. After leaving the Special Prosecutor's Office, Dritan Leli reacted regarding his presence in SPAK.
