Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and the former leader of the DP, Lulzim Basha, of being the ones who had a hand in declaring him non-grata by Great Britain.
Berisha said that he will consult with legal experts and engage lawyers to get to the bottom of this issue.
Asked about the connection between his declaration 'non grata' by Great Britain and the fight against corruption, Berisha said that the decision was financed by the mafia.
"I emphasized that claiming that Lufton fights corruption with a case from 14 years ago, investigated by public opponents of Sali Berisha, is a great help to corruption. It is the Albanian mafia that sponsors and supports something like this," said Berisha.
