Berisha claims that the virtual secretary on this portal has a great resemblance to the president of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali. Berisha calls such a thing "disgust".

I would like to inform you about a detail that caught my eye while using the official portal E-Albania. The avatar that appears as a "virtual secretary" on this platform looks a lot like the public figure of Mrs. Elisa Spiropali. This has created an unpleasant sensation for me, especially in the context of a political climate where the impression is often created that every public institution is being personalized or privatized in a symbolic way.

From the construction of the palace in the center of Tirana with a shape that resembles a portrait, to this avatar that resembles a political representative — all these elements give a vague message and can affect the public's perception of state institutions.

I make this remark simply as a citizen who wants a public administration that is as neutral and representative as possible for all. With respect and desire to contribute to the improvement of public services.
