The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) has begun reviewing Adriatik Lapaj's complaint.
He opposes the decision of the State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, for the sole mandate of the "Albania Initiative" coalition.
Celibashi has decided that the mandate will be passed to the fourth candidate on the closed list, Kleana Xhuveli, who is Lapaj's cousin.
But Lapaj demands that the resignations of the candidates on the closed list be recognized en bloc, claiming that the mandate belongs to him.
