The Complaints and Sanctions Commission is reviewing Andia Ulliri's complaint today, July 30.
She claims that the distribution of mandates according to the principle of gender equality has been violated.
On Monday, her request was rejected by the State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, who awarded the mandate to Arjan Ndoja.
Andia Ulliri's legal representative, Indrit Sefa, emphasized that Commissioner Celibashi spoke about two lists, but when referring to the winners, he came up with one list.
"Either there is a list, or there is no list," Sefa said before the KAS.
