The chairman of the 'Mundësia' party, Agron Shehaj, responded to the accusations of Flamur Noka, who said that the "Mundësia" party is a "regime party".

According to Shehaj, the attacks made against him by the Secretary General of the DP, Flamur Noka, come after he denounced "the theft that is taking place on the Thumanë-Kashar road" , while emphasizing that "we all know that Flamur Noka is close to a well-known businessman".

Shehaj emphasizes that this road should have cost only 60 million, but the cost has increased to 1.3 billion euros.

"The attack comes after the debate in the Assembly. We are denouncing that massive corruption is taking place on the Thumanë-Kashar road and after that, Flamur Noka attacks me with slander after the denunciations. We all know that Flamur Noka is close to a well-known businessman. Albanians will pay 1.3 billion euros for just 20 km of road. They gave this businessman the concession because they will share the money with each other, not because he is a good man. As soon as I talk about this scandal, Noka comes out and speaks against me," Shehaj said on News24.

Asked if it is true that his company built the house of Veliaj's wife, Ajola Xoxa, Shehaj stated that this is also slander.

"It's slander. It's slander that I supposedly had lunch and dinner with Veliaj. They found out that I graduated from university in Florence and they're just slandering. The slander is so that I stop at denunciations, that they don't want it to be a denunciation. How can I prove that I had lunch or dinner or not with Veliaj's brother? We are forming a real opposition. The DP, instead of denouncing together with us, for the toll of the Thumanë-Kashar road, brings out Flamur Noka to attack me. I invite citizens to open their eyes and see reality," he said.
