The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha , left a note for the police officer today at the Special Prosecution Office, where he appeared in implementation of the "compulsory appearance" measure imposed on him by the Appeals Judge of the Criminal Court of Kosovo, Engert Pellumbi.

"This is a shameful political act by which the prosecution, in violation of the constitution, seeks to prohibit my free speech, and a puppet judge of the Party decided according to their request. I have denounced and will denounce the cooperation of Duman and company with crime as a criminal organization," Berisha wrote in his note.
