DP leader Sali Berisha will appear today at SPAK, following the decision taken by the Special Appeal to place him under the security measure "Compulsory Appearance", a decision which he has stated that he will implement, unlike the last time which led him to the measure "House Arrest".
Meanwhile, additional police forces have been deployed in front of the Special Prosecution Office building, due to the protest announced by the Democrats.
A police cordon has been set up in front of SPAK, while the first democrats' meeting has begun.
