Sali Berisha

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, revealed in a statement to journalists before SPAK, the messages of Taulant Balla with one of the members of the Elbasan gang .

Berisha: On 10/02.2020, "Target", one of the bandits of the Elbasan gang, informs on his phone AM5p80 that they had agreed among themselves not to ask Taos for public tenders or other favors, except for those they had agreed to ask Taos for.

This message was conveyed to Taos and they were given a deadline until December. Taos asked for the arrest of their opponents. Taos replied: Do you guarantee that all those people will vote for us if we put everyone you want in prison on the list. So, will you provide us with the votes if we put everyone you want in prison on the list? The answer was: Yes, we guarantee that.

Then Tao said: They will go to prison this year. Tao is Taulant Balla. He is a criminal and this is just one of the many records he has in his file. The answer is that we guarantee the votes if they put on the list those we wanted to be arrested. On the list, on March 24-25, 2021, according to this promise, the Çapjat were arrested at the request of the Çelës. Tao determines the tenders, the court decisions.
