The members of the Laws Commission of the Democratic Party of the grouping of Sali Berisha and Gazment Bardhi filed today in the Constitutional Court the appeal of the Law on Investigative Commissions.

In a statement to journalists outside the premises of the court, Dhurata Çupi called on the members of this court to maintain the dignity and integrity of the post they hold.

"I call on the Constitutional Court to live up to the integrity of the position of a member of the Supreme Court. I remind you that they are not a structure of the SP, but it is an institution that must uphold the integrity of the institution they represent. There is a practice that recognizes the right of the parliamentary minority as an instrument to control the executive power," said Dhurata Çupi, among other things, in her speech.
