German surgeon Dr. Andreas David Niederbichler, 46, is serving a prison sentence after killing his girlfriend.

The surgeon was sentenced to nine years in prison for rape and grievous bodily harm resulting in death, after he forced 38-year-old Yvonne M. to overdose on cocaine, which he had placed in his genital organ.

As the foreign media write, the doctor told the court that his girlfriend knew that there was cocaine in the penis.

So the court dismissed the doctor's claims and the judge ruled that Niederbichler must pay 13,280 euros to the insurance company for Yvonne's medical treatment before she died.

Before he was imprisoned, Niederbichler worked as a surgeon at the Ameos Hospital in the town of Halberstadt, 60 miles outside Hanover.

Three other women who had sex with the doctor reported feeling dizzy after their encounter, while one of them was involved in two car accidents after one encounter.
