The storm almost "kidnapped" her, the journalist did not stop

Good Morning Britain reporter Nitya Rajan had a tough reporting session this Friday morning as she braved the storm live on air.

Rajan was reporting the latest on Storm Babet, which has hit Scotland and parts of England in the last 24 hours.

As can be seen in the video, the rain covers the camera while Rajan can hardly stand on his feet due to the strong wind, which causes him to lose his balance.

Despite being in the middle of the storm, she continued reporting. At one point host Kate Garraway asks her to stop reporting and be careful.

"Your reporting is excellent and vital, but we are worried about you, we don't want you to get caught up in the storm," Garraway said.
