For example in the case of uncontrolled heating of water, which you can identify based on the type of noise or sound that is emitted or even the boiling process heard from the boiler.

The first thing you need to do is cut off the power supply. 

Given that the boiler is under pressure, the best thing you can do is keep it off while taking a shower. Electricity can hit you if the boiler with poor grounding is on during the shower.

If the boiler is perfectly OK (no bare wires hanging out, no water dripping which wets any wires etc.) and if the grounding is done well, then it is perfectly safe to leave the boiler plugged in.

Electricity can strike you if the boiler is activated during the shower which has poor grounding.

However, experts advise that you always, regardless of whether the grounding is good or not, turn off the boiler before taking a shower!
