"I don't have TikTok, and I never will ," Aniston told ET.

"I don't want to sign up for something that will ruin my life or anyone else's."

The actress explained that she doesn't even understand why she sees videos of babies, cats or endangered animals appearing on Instagram, so staying away from TikTok is the best way to make sure this habit doesn't start. to be repeated.

"This platform can consume you, while you've lost hours of your life," Aniston adds, while emphasizing that the human brain is not prepared for the onslaught of information that comes from everything circulating on TikTok.
