Totti's separation from Ilray Blasi made a lot of noise in the Italian media, as they were an iconic pair that had been working for the Azzurri people for 17 years.

Totti has long since started a relationship with Noemi Bocchi, the pair have been seen together more than once, in different restaurants, while he took her with him to Tirana during the Conference League final.

However, according to "Chi" magazine, the real reason for the separation is Ilray Blasi. Totti had read some compromising messages on the phone of his wife who had started a relationship with a much younger colleague of hers.

Despite the fact that Totti had learned something like this, he had chosen to remain silent and deny the news in order to protect their three children. The two parties admitted on Tuesday that they had ended their marriage while asking for privacy out of respect for their family and children.
