The graduates of a school in Elbasan were abandoned on the evening of the graduation by the school director and their teachers, as they did not go to school. It seems that their absence was due to the fact that the graduates had negative results in the state matura exams.

The graduating student who gave the opening speech had prepared a speech in which she thanked the principal and the teachers one by one, but she fell down because they did not go. She opened the evening with Professor Bujar, the only teacher who had visited her in the evening.

Anyway, the graduate also greeted the other teachers who were not present and according to her, the situation with bad grades in the exams is the same in all of Albania.

"This was the speech I had prepared a little while ago, but unfortunately, neither the director nor anyone is present except Professor Bujar. Professor, our father did not come, our uncle did not come, we invite the third cousin to honor us with his welcome and we invite to open our prom night. Thank you professor. To those who have not come, we greet you. We are very sorry, maybe you were penalized by the grades we got because not only us, but the whole of Albania was in that situation. We are very bad, not only in but all the graduates. Maybe because of this fact, our teachers have been penalized, but I have nothing to tell you." - says the graduate who delivered the opening speech of the graduation evening.
