Pep Guardiola and Cristina Serra have decided to separate after 30 years together. The Manchester City coach is facing major problems this season at the English team, to which family issues are now added.

The split was somewhat surprising, as Pep Guardiola and Cristina Serra were one of the longest-lasting couples in world football. They met in 1994, when the former Barcelona player was 23 and she was 20.

The separation has not yet been made official by the parties, but their paths parted in December of last year, after a joint decision.

According to "DailyMail", the reason for the separation was their long-distance life.

Cristina Serra left England in 2019 to return to Barcelona, ??where she runs a fashion business.

On the other hand, Pep Guardiola has been living in Manchester since 2016, because he manages the City team.
