Journalist Zhaklin Lekatari was invited today to the "Breaking" show, where she spoke about the sexual video scandal of former mayor Safet Gjici.

Lekatari stated that he does not see the girl identified as Alma Kaçi, who appears having sexual relations with Gjici in his office, as a victim, even though she declared to the authorities that she was sexually harassed by Gjici.

According to Lerkatari, she should have denounced the case if that was the case, while she made the sensational statement when she said that there are rapes in state offices.

"There is a conflict between Alma's statement and Mr. Gjici's. She says it was the first time she was sexually harassed and that's why she decided to film him engaging in the sexual act because she thought he liked it. When you felt harassed, you should have reported it, in order to find out the fact that there is such harassment and sexual abuse in state offices. That's why I said that I don't see either Alma or Gjici as victims because they are victims of each other, but there are clashes.

We know that in our Albania the problems with justice are big and there is a lack of trust. But still, we must respect these institutions. We must report the case, monitor them for law enforcement and imprison them," said Zhaklina.
