The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, during the regime of Slobodan Milosevic, was Minister of Information and one of the persons sanctioned by the European Union during the war in Kosovo.
The news about his sanctioning by the EU has been made public recently, by the Bosnian media, which published today a document that proves this. Also, according to the document, he was banned from entering the European Union area.
"The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, was under EU sanctions in September 1999. As part of Slobodan Milosevic's regime, Vucic was banned from entering the EU. At that time, Aleksandar Vucic was the Minister of Information in the Government of Serbia," the post says.
