Embarrassing moments have often accompanied US President Joe Biden in the meetings and conferences he has attended.

At his next briefing in Vietnam, his speech was cut short as White House staff turned off his microphone while he was speaking, and jazz music played in the background.

All the while, Biden, who appeared tired and sleepy, continued to speak, without realizing that his microphone was turned off, writes the Daily Mail.

As the president tried to answer a few more questions from reporters, the music grew louder, forcing Biden offstage and ending the briefing.

"Thanks to everyone. This is how the press conference ends," said his press secretary after Biden left the podium.

After spending two days in India for the G20 Leaders Summit, Biden went to Vietnam yesterday to improve the countries' diplomatic ties and ended the day with a press conference that went awry.
