The Belgrade Prosecutor's Office has given permission for the removal of the dead body of the citizen of Kosovo, Faton Hajrizi, who was killed in Lloznica, Serbia last month, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosovo (MPJD) announced on Thursday.

The MPJD wrote on Facebook that the lawyer of the Hajrizi family, Arianit Koci, supported by the Liaison Office of Kosovo in Serbia, and Ambassador Jetish Jashari, are carrying out the procedures to retrieve the dead body of the citizen of Kosovo from the morgue of Lloznica to bring in Kosovo.

"We will keep you informed about the further medico-legal procedures of identification and verification of the dead body of the citizen of Kosovo, by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo", the announcement says.

The dead body is expected to arrive in Kosovo around 01:00 after midnight.
