Powerful explosion in Russia, just minutes after Biden gave the "OK"
ATACMS

A powerful explosion was reported in Russia, just minutes after US President Joe Biden authorized Ukraine to use US-made missiles to shoot down military targets inside Russian territory.

The explosion was reported in the city of Voronezh, in western Russia and near the border with Ukraine, and was caught on video by security cameras.

However, it remains unconfirmed whether or not it is an attack by the Ukrainian army.

Ukrainian forces have in their arsenal American ATACMS missiles with high precision and a range of about 200 kilometers, which they have not been able to use until today to shoot military bases inside Russian territory.
