Ramush Haradinaj resigns from AAK leadership

Ramush Haradinaj will no longer be the leader of the AAK. Haradinaj announced today that he will not run again in the elections for party leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

" The electoral process begins on February 20. It is a novelty or change because I will not be running for president of the Alliance in these internal elections."

"I have also given some reasons, I will explain them to you. One reason is the long time, the second reason is the election result. It is also the trust I have in the Alliance framework ," he said in a statement to the media after the meeting of the Alliance's General Council.
