The Foreign Minister of Kosovo, Donika Gërvalla, responded harshly to the European diplomat Joseph Borrell for the attack in the north of Kosovo where a group of Serbian terrorists killed a policeman and wounded another.
Borrell in his reaction used terms like "dialogue" and de-escalation", while he referred to the terrorist attack as "hostilities" that must end. All parties must de-escalate the situation, Borrell said.
But the response of the Foreign Minister of Kosovo leaves nothing to be desired by Borrell's reaction, which seems more concerned not to disturb official Belgrade than to condemn the serious event.
Minister Gërvalla's full reaction:
Mr. Borrell, really?
Terrorists kill police - and you call "all actors"?
No word of support for the police? Not even against terrorists?
Did you also refer to the terrorist attacks in Spain as "hostile"?
What a shame.
How can EU members tolerate this cynicism anymore?
