Three people have been arrested so far in connection with the murder of Liridona Murseli. From the preliminary investigations, it is suspected that Naim Murseli, the husband of the 30-year-old woman, ordered the murder of the doras Granit Plava against 30,000 euros. Even a member of the KSF, Kanon Kokalla, Mursel's nephew, was arrested as an accomplice.

The police say that they have also seized the weapon of crime, while they have also raided two premises in Gjakova in the area where Murseli came from.

Index also published a photo of the pistol-type weapon with which the murder was allegedly committed on the evening of November 29, 2023.
