The court takes the decision for the 4 arrested for the armed robbery in Suhareka (VIDEO)

The Basic Court of Pristina has set a 1-month detention measure for the four arrested during the big police operation yesterday, where one of the suspects was killed.

They are suspected of being the perpetrators of the armed robbery at the "Diakos" jewelry store in Suhareka.

"IBB, II. BI, and III. LC, due to the suspicion based on complicity in the criminal offense of Robbery, from article 374 par. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. And, TB, due to the suspicion based on having committed the criminal offense of unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons from Article 366 par. of KP", the announcement states.

The court has given details of the robbery.

"... in such a way that the defendants BB, BI, KG, DG, and L:C., all masked, dressed in black clothes and with gloves on their hands, all equipped with long frontal weapons, one of them with a long gun in his hands acts as a guard while the others go inside the jeweler and at gunpoint take the owner of the bar hostage who they tie with plastic ties to neutralize his resistance and then start robbing the gold demolishing the windows and windows, where they manage to get gold causing large-scale losses and thus disguised and with long guns in their hands, with the car of the brand "Chevrolet Cruze" in ash color with license plates ……., they leave in the direction of the "Avdyl Rama" road to continue from the village of Sopije towards the village of Budakovë, which is connected to the village of Jezercë i Ferizaj, from where they become inaccessible, while on November 30, 2023, the defendants BB, BI, and LC , are arrested by the Police," says the Court.
