Lawyer Arianit Koci says that while he was in Serbia, he received a message on the phone telling him that Faton Hajrizi was alive.
"Mr. Koci, listen well, don't manipulate, I work in a hospital in Belgrade, and I have the information that the person they are saying is Fatoni, is not Fatoni", was the content of the message received on the lawyer's phone
Koci says that he was told in the message that "Today you were in the hospital, I was close to you, you should come out and say that Fatoni is alive".
"According to the law, you are a representative of the Hajrizi family, and they can't stop you from opening the corpse, and they are saying that if you don't come out, I will appear in the media of Kosovo and Serbia," the message continued.
The lawyer said that he simply ignored this message and did not take it seriously.
Faton Hajrizi's lawyer Arianit Koci said that Faton Hajrizi's mother will not be sent to Serbia in any way after Serbia's request to take Faton's mother's DNA to verify if it is his body or not
Arianit Koci said in the show "Rubikon" in Klan Kosova that he will find a solution to send the saliva of Faton Hajrizi's mother to Serbia.
"In these two or three days, he must find a solution, how he will make his mother spit on him, so in no way, I am not sending Faton's mother to Serbia, nor do I recommend her to go, nor does she want to go herself" .
"I have created such a momentum that I am a collaborator and I don't want to leave the space for Serbia to say "you didn't bring the spit, bring the good day", no I will send the spit to them", he said.
Lawyer Arianit Koci told what happened to him when he went to the Lloznica police station.
He said that he had told them that he is the representative of Faton Hajrizi's family and that they were surprised.
Koci even revealed that he was taken into an office and surrounded by more than 20 policemen,
"When we entered, he showed me the box where it is, opened it, I saw something, but is it Fatoni's directly or not? He opened that refrigerator door, there was a corpse inside, but he didn't show it to me. He told me I have no right to tell you anything, go to the police station".
"From there, I went straight to the station. When I arrived at the station, I was notified at the counter, that police station in Lloznica was a multi-service station. I went to the counter, I told them that I am the representative of the family of the deceased, Faton Hajrizi, he opened his eyes, he could not believe his eyes, I took out the documents and the notarized authorization".
"Suddenly, maybe more than 20 policemen came out and took me into an office, they surrounded me, 3 or 4 of them civilians. One of them threatened me, "you are becoming very brave", he said.
Lawyer Arianit Koci, who is authorized to mediate for Faton Hajrizi's body to be returned to Kosovo, says that the Serbs have taken the murder of the Serbian policeman, for which the deceased is already suspected, as an insult to the entire Serbian police.
"They took it as a moment that humiliated the Serbian police, a Serbian policeman killed him, that is, it was not the fate of an individual. They had taken it personally, complete with the police and the state", said the lawyer.
Koci further said during the visit there, they had placed officials in front of him who did not have much information about such cases, with the aim that eventually one of them would not slip up and give any information.
"The lower the level of the police, the less information there was. One said that for such terrorist acts, I don't know if the bodies will be returned, it should be looked at according to the law. I told you, the corpse does not need anything, you already carried it", he said.
"Perhaps the head of the station has a question (how to react in such cases), the Serbian police have a very specific system of operation. For these issues, a person who does not have all the information - method of work always laughs at me. I established a good rapport with one of them, I asked him, tell me what you saw on the body, he said, sir, I have no body, you told him you saw the gun, you told him why they put you there, let's talk to you, he said that's what they did to me decide, talk to me, because I have nothing to give, I must follow orders, not give information", added the lawyer.
