Heavy in Germany, the train drags two children

At least one child was killed and another seriously injured on Thursday after they were hit and dragged several meters by a train in Recklinghausen, Germany, reports Bild.

According to the police, the child who lost his life was 10 years old, while the 9-year-old was sent to the hospital with serious injuries.

The police announced in the morning that the 9-year-old is currently out of danger. As the German newspaper reports, the accident happened between two stations, where a freight train hit and dragged the children for hundreds of meters. The causes of the serious incident are not yet known.
