Donald Trump's controversial statement: I believe I have the honor of taking over Cuba

US President Donald Trump said he believes he would be "honored" to take over Cuba, avoiding specifying what he meant by his words.

Asked if Cuba could be the next target of the United States, Trump replied: “I believe I have the honor of taking Cuba.” However, when asked to explain exactly what he meant by the word “take,” he avoided providing further clarification.

Referring to the issue, Trump told reporters: "I'll take Cuba... Now, whether I liberate it or take it, it doesn't matter. I can do whatever I want, if you want to know."

In the same statement, he described Cuba as "a weak country," and said it had had "violent leaders" in the past.

At the same time, he announced that his planned trip to China may be delayed due to the war in Iran.
