The attack in New Orleans, USA

Cctv footage of the massacre of 10 people and 30 injured in New Orleans has been released.

The perpetrator, Shamsud Din Jabbar, is seen passing a white Ford model car near a police car stationed on the populated Bourbon Street.

He immediately takes turns and slams the citizens who were celebrating. The use of the electric car seems to have enabled the car to get a start and speed, albeit as soon as it had entered the turn.

The man had an Islamic State flag in his car. He was born and raised in Texas and had also served in the U.S. military. He is suspected of being radicalized recently.
