Bilall Kasami declares victory in Tetovo, DUI rival admits defeat!
Bilal Kasami

The election race in Tetovo has ended and citizens have had their say through their votes.

VALEN candidate Bilall Kasami announced his victory via the social network Facebook, once again thanking the citizens who gave him another mandate.

His rival Bajram Rexhepi, the AKI candidate, congratulated Kasami on his victory and wished him well in his job.

" Dear friends, the election race in Tetovo is over. The citizens have spoken. I congratulate the opposing candidate and wish him good luck. The responsibility for this result is entirely mine and no one else's. May God help us ," Rexhepi writes.
