Agreement reached at the Moscow-Kiev-UN summit: Coordination for wheat exports

Russia and Ukraine agree: a coordination center for the export of grain from Ukraine will be formed in Istanbul.

This is what the Turkish Minister of Defense, Hulusi Akar, said, speaking about the meeting held between the military delegations from Kiev, Moscow, Ankara and the representatives of the UN.

"In the coming weeks, the delegations from Ukraine and Russia will meet again in Turkey, all the details will be reviewed and the work done will be signed," said Akar.

Meanwhile, North Korea has officially recognized the independence of two pro-Russian separatist "people's republics" in eastern Ukraine, those of Donetsk and Luhansk, becoming the third country in the world to do so after Russia and Syria.
