The conflict in IKMT, how they are trying to introduce a third person into the Çela - Meta feud!

A conflict within the IKMT has stirred the waters of the institution, as the two heads, Afrim Qendro and Dashnor Sula, have taken provisional measures by suspending the two "blackmailers", until the entire situation is clarified by law enforcement agencies. The conflict involved the director of Decision Execution, Fatmir Meta, and Klesti Çela, the director of Environment. Currently, Çela has been declared wanted, along with 3 other people.

According to the Tirana Police, the entire incident took place within the premises of the IKMT institution, as it is learned that the director of the Environment is also the brother-in-law of businessman Ergys Agasi, who was declared wanted by the Special Prosecution for the AKSHI file, giving it even greater resonance.

But, in every episode when two people conflict, the third remains the "victim"! Unconfirmed information has emerged from the IKMT, being reflected in several media outlets, according to which, along with Çela and Meta, Edvin Bixha, advisor to the chief inspector of the IKMT, has been suspended.

It seems that, in order to divert attention from the aforementioned characters, whose actions or friendships have been widely hinted at, an attempt has been made to make Bixha a "victim". The editorial staff of Vox News has contacted Mr. Bixha, asking him about the circumstances of the entire episode and whether he was involved. Without giving many details, Bixha said that he has left the IKMT almost 2 weeks ago, with resignation.

The Vox News editorial team has even secured an order, dated February 23, 2026, for the removal of Edvin Bixha's advisor from his position.

The document is official, it has a number 78, as the new chief inspector of IKMT, Afrim Qendro, has signed it and orders "the removal of Mr. Edvin Bixha and the administrative and financial relations are terminated on February 23, 2026."

Now, how can this person be related to the event in question, as he has been away from the institution for days? The order is final, since no action of Bixha has influenced the event in question. In fact, in this whole story, the responsible persons are precisely the officials and those who did not prevent it. From the heads, to the people involved or even the deficient actions in clarifying the entire situation.

How can you introduce a third person into this whole story, which has happened in recent days, with a former employee who left the institution weeks ago.

The document is very clear, while even the law enforcement agencies have a clear understanding of the entire incident, since the institution has cameras and all the actions are visible there. Whether or not they have the desire to shed light on this remains to be seen, as the involvement of a third party is very much done with malice.
