Erion Braçe, Ylli Manjani

Braçja must do to the SP and Rama what those in charge cannot do to them...

“To speak…”, “To leave the SP…”, “To attack Rama…”, “To form a new party…”, “To divide the Socialists…”, “To do this…”, “To do that…”

Hahahahahahaha!

They have all tried to tell Erion Braçe what he should do. They have even prepared his political plan, electoral strategy, itinerary for leaving the SP and, if necessary, even his farewell speech!

Everyone wants Brac to do what they themselves should have done a long time ago, but don't know how, can't, or don't have the balls to do.

That is, now it turns out that Erion Braçe is the solution to the political incompetence of the Albanian opposition!

This is truly magnificent!

The opposition, which bears the main political responsibility for the fact that Rama and the SP have been governing for three terms without needing him, has finally revealed the victory strategy, "to remove Braçja from the SP"!

What the opposition itself should do is irrelevant. What matters is that Brac does something!

Braçja should even reduce the majority of 85 mandates that the opposition handed over to Rama with a ribbon, after another electoral defeat.

He must leave his party, break off relations with his political group, blow up his career, and possibly even become a political suicide bomber for the pleasure of a bunch of parasites and incompetents who can produce neither an alternative, nor trust, nor votes.

Yes, yes!
But why does Brac have to do all this?!
So that someone can enjoy it?!
The people?!

Hahahahahahaha!

Ah, yes! We forgot the magic formula: In the name of the public interest!

Because here, every political stupidity, as soon as you put the label "public interest" on it, immediately takes on the appearance of a heroic act.

But what is this public interest, you ask?!

The public's interest in seeing another fight? To have one more piece of news? To listen to a former socialist who appears on television every evening and curses socialists?!

Is this what Albania is missing?!

Or maybe those who saw the good in it before Braça, who thought that by leaving their political group they were serving the public interest, saw the good in it?! Some burned their careers, some became permanent characters in television studios, some lost any real political influence.

Meanwhile, Rama and the SP quietly continued their path towards an increasingly uncompetitive power.

Power is not overthrown by producing discontent for television screens. Power is challenged by building political strength, trust, and alternatives.

But these require work. And work, it seems, is too great a sacrifice for those who have chosen the profession of eternal oppositionist.

No, oh, no! Braçe would make a big mistake if he left that political group.

Politics is not an individual sport. It is a collective activity. To change something you need to have influence, support, organization, and a real opportunity to influence decision-making.

Alone you can make noise. Within a group you can do politics.

And for this very reason, Brace's criticisms from within the SP have much more value than they would have if they came from outside it. When a person from that group publicly says that something is wrong, he gives us political information that an ordinary opponent cannot give with the same weight.

He shows us that things within power are not necessarily as beautiful, as harmonious, and as perfect as propaganda presents them to us.

And this is beneficial to the public!

If Braçe leaves the SP, tomorrow he will be just another dissatisfied person, invited to the studio, who will "blabber" about Rama and the socialists. Another voice in the great chorus of those who talk about power, but cannot influence it.

What did we win?!

One more oppositionist on television and one less critical voice within the government!

Congratulations on the brilliant strategy!

In fact, I think that the SP itself needs Braca. And, if possible, a few others like him. Because a party that governs for a long time, that wins continuously and that does not face a serious opposition, risks losing the ability to listen, to reflect and to correct itself.

Internal criticism is not necessarily weakness. It is often the last mechanism that protects a political organization from complacency and arrogance. Therefore, Braçe does well to speak up. To criticize. To oppose when he thinks he has reason. And to do so where his word still has political weight.

There is no moral, political, or public obligation to self-destruct in order to create for others the illusion of a victory that they are unable to achieve themselves.

After all, what logic is this:
You leave your group, so that I can be happy!
You ruin your career, so that I can have news!
You fight Rama, because I can't defeat him!
You form the opposition, because I have work to do with my opposition!

Hahahahahahaha!

This is neither a political strategy, nor a public interest, nor a call for democracy. This is simply a form of public political masturbation, where the incompetent fantasize about how someone else should fulfill their desires that they themselves lack the ability to turn into reality.

And the funniest part is that, even if Brace fulfilled their wish, the next day these same people would be looking for another Brace within the SP.

In fact, their problem is not what Bracja does. The problem is that they don't know what to do themselves!
