Tirana Slush'D successfully concluded its second edition, turning our capital into a regional center that promotes startups and creates bridges of cooperation with international mentors and investors.

After the success of the first edition, the second edition came bigger, more ambitious and bolder.

Organized by B Limitless Agency, under the direction of Boralda Minaj, in collaboration with Enxhi Minaj and Tai Tran, this event brought to Tirana for the second time the spirit of Slush Helsinki, one of the world's largest technology and innovation scenes.

This edition was attended by over 50 startups from Albania and Kosovo, as well as international investors from Finland, Norway, the Netherlands, the Balkans, Europe and Silicon Valley. For many of them, this was the first time they had been introduced to the potential of Albanian innovation. In the final, 10 selected startups presented their ideas in front of a prestigious international jury, competing for prizes that could change the course of their development.

The main prize, the “Opportunity Prize” worth up to 300,000 euros, was won by LekoTech, the startup founded by Nikolin Ngjela, a project that was recognized for its high technological potential and its development in the global market. This prize was made possible by Fil Rouge Capital, one of the most renowned venture capital funds in the region.

Thanks to the support of EU4Innovation, five finalist startups, LekoTech, PayStorm AI, Doll'App, Katalogim and Great Shift, will represent Albania at Slush Helsinki 2025, on 19–20 November, where they will have the opportunity to meet hundreds of investors, mentors and potential partners from around the world. In addition, the startup Pronto Korrier was awarded two entrance tickets to Slush Helsinki, powered by Business Finland. Tirana Slush'D 2025 brought new momentum to Albanian innovation. With thematic panels, face-to-face meetings and spaces to get to know and understand new people and horizons, through Tirana Slush D, bridges of cooperation were created between public, private and international actors.

"This edition showed that Albania has the talent, ideas and energy to be part of the global innovation map. Thanks to our partners, we managed to create a real platform that connects ideas with capital and dreams with opportunities," said Boralda Minaj, Founder and Administrator of B Limitless / Tirana Slush'D.

This edition was realized thanks to the collaboration between B Limitless Agency, Startup Albania and EU4Innovation, with the support of Fil Rouge Capital, EBRD, Tirana Financial Union, EIT Community Hub, Junior Achievement of Albania, Enterprise Europe Network Albania & AIDA, Swiss EP, Easypay, Business Finland, as well as a number of other public and private partners.

Albania showed that with the vision and courage of its young people, it can travel far, much further than its geographical borders. Like the ideas themselves, whose source often remains a mystery, the vision of Albanian youth does not always have a rational explanation, but there is always a compass that orients them. This time, the compass points us towards Helsinki, on November 19–20. As winners of prizes and dreams that have already taken shape.
