60 subjects of wholesale and retail trading of fuels and fuels, pressure equipment and electrical installations have been fined by the State Technical and Industrial Inspectorate during the period January - November of this year.

According to the data processed by TV Scan, the total value of administrative measures amounts to ALL 14,675,000, while some of the detected violations are related to the exercise of its activity not in accordance with legal and technical requirements, lack of necessary documentation related with supply contracts or lack of technical projects.

Likewise, many of the entities have been penalized, as they have not completed the tasks left by the inspectors on time, where there are also educational institutions such as kindergartens or schools, while part of the penalties with fines are also the entities that sell fuel outside the permitted rates. However, despite occasional early fines, ISHTI seems to have encountered difficulties in collecting all obligations from entities.

This is because this department published the list of debtors, starting from 2007 and ending in 2020, listing all public, private or individual entities, which have not liquidated their obligations and are consequently debtors to this institution.

The total value of these obligations reached 127.6 million, while 2020 was the year with the highest unpaid obligation, with 29.8 million ALL, while 2015 came after it with 18.9 million ALL.
