The Albanian government has approved the unique list of 137 projects considered of national importance. The list published in the Official Gazette, has categorized the projects that capture significant monetary values, according to the level of priority they have in A, B and C.

Projects with priority level A, which are considered the most important to be implemented, affect different sectors. Specifically, some of the most influential of them are the digitization of local government services and the electronic procurement system with artificial intelligence, a project worth 80 million euros.

E-government, or the expansion of services offered online to citizens through the e-albania government portal, is expected to cost 66 million euros. The digital identity for Albanian citizens is another project that will be implemented and that captures a monetary value of 50 million euros.

Also, in order to increase internal security, it is intended to implement the camera system in the administration of the State Police, with the aim of reaching "awakened" cities, which is planned to cost 60 million euros. Some of the projects are dedicated to investments in the Albanian railway.

Specifically, it is about the rehabilitation of the railway line Durrës-Rrogozhinë, with a value of 118.3 million euros; construction of the railway line Public transport terminal former train station, 4 km, as an extension of the Durrës-Tirana line, with a value of 16 million euros; the electrification of the Tirana-Durres railway line and the connection with Rinas airport, with a value of 21 million euros; Electrification of the Vorë-Hani i Hoti railway line worth 59.9 million euros; Rehabilitation of the Vorë-Hani i Hoti Railway, a project worth 313 million euros; the Porto Romano-Sukth railway, worth 29.5 million euros; the construction of the Durrës-Pristina railway line worth 750 million euros, the rehabilitation of the Rrogozhinë-Pogradec / Përrenjas - Rrajcë railway, border with North Macedonia, a project that reaches a value of 451 million euros; construction of the new railway line Pogradec- Korçë- Border with Greece worth 250 million euros.

Likewise, a number of priority projects are in the field of road transport, energy, health, education, economic development, regional development, flood protection, environment, etc.
