Enea Karakaçi
Enea Karakaçi will be the new administrator of OSHEE group, replacing in this position Adrian Çeles, who left after the end of the mandate.
Mr. Karakaçi has long experience in the energy sector.
He was a lawyer at the Energy Regulatory Authority (ERE) in 2012.
In 2013, he was transferred from ERE to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
Initially, he was a specialist in the Ministry and in recent years he was appointed director of the electricity sector in the Ministry.
Recently, he was a member of the Supervisory Council of OSHEE group.
